The Maintenance Custodian/Maintenance Runner will be responsible for general floor cleaning (striping/waxing/buffing) and helping maintain a clean and safe environment for all NWAMHC properties in all five county programs, including building interiors, exteriors, and grounds. Other duties include, but are not limited to, responding to work orders, moving furniture and appliances, and any other maintenance related activities NWAMHC may assign. Duties will be discussed in more detail during the interview.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1-3+ years of experience in stripping, waxing, and buffing floors is required. Experience is preferred in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and construction.
Current/Valid driver's license, will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be at least 21, and have an insurable driving record.

Salary: Will be discussed during interview.

Schedule: Full Time, will discuss further during interview.

Location: Travel within our 5 county catchment area will be required.
