The Home Manager is responsible for insuring that the Basic Living Skills (BLS) training is provided for all clients in accordance with department guidelines. Responsible for staff meeting the required productivity levels and submitting the billing in a timely manner. Supervising the staff who provide care and services such as: cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication administration, and transporting. This position also requires direct supervision of staff and case management duties. This position requires some on-call duties. Training is provided for CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration Certification (MAC).
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma/GED or transcripts from an accredited school/source. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word processing and Excel. Will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be minimum age of 21, have a current/valid driver's license, and have an insurable driving record.
Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm, and on-call as needed.
