*$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing orientation, and the remaining half after six months of employment.

Responsible for insuring that the Basic Living Skills (BLS) training is provided for all clients in accordance with department guidelines. Responsible for staff meeting the required productivity levels and submitting the billing in a timely manner. This position also requires direct supervision of staff and case management duties. This position requires some on-call duties.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required, as is 2+ years of post-bachelor's experience. Current/valid driver's license. Will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record. Ability to demonstrate word processing skills, and computer knowledge.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, possible flexible schedule. Will fill in for staff absences, on-call duties, coordinate staff schedules, and work some weekends as needed to cover shifts.

Pay Rate: Will be discussed during interview.
