Provide Level III tasks as assigned. Maintain face-to-face contact with clients at least quarterly. Provide appropriate billable services as indicated on the current treatment plan. Verify compliance with MD/CRNP appointments. Verify medication compliance. Evaluate clients for an increase in symptoms and stressors. Recommend referrals to appropriate programs/staff. Conduct urine drug screens on clients and/or employees as requested. Maintain Level III client files and documents. Prepare outpatient client information for MD/CRNP. Provide backup for the front desk as requested, and perform other duties as assigned. Paid job training is provided.


  • Must have a high school diploma/GED (or transcripts) from a state accredited school/source.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with the use of computer software and programs, such as Word Processing, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
  • Current/Valid non-expired driver's license. Will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be minimum of 21, and have an insurable driving record.

Starting Pay Rate: Will be discussed during interview

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
