Perform secretarial and clerical duties, as well as routine interaction and communication with staff and the public, in a supportive role.

  • Prepare and sort both incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Send and receive faxes.
  • Copy and distribute requests for records and other information.
  • Prepares reports, letters, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Maintains CQI/PI files, documents, reports, and other paperwork.
  • Assist CQI/PI staff with monitoring CQI/PI goals and objectives.
  • Assist with conducting program/documentation reviews.
  • Assist with surveys from employees and persons served for the purpose of CQI/PI goals and objectives.


  • Must have a high school diploma/GED (or transcripts) from a state accredited school/source.
  • A current/valid non-expired driver's license; be a minimum age of 21; and have an insurable driving record.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Schedule: Part-time; will be discussed further at the interview.
