Description

A case manager is responsible for referrals, needs assessment, care plan development, outreach, and implementing and tracking services for an individual. Must be willing to be trained to administer medications. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a bachelor's degree.
1+ years of experience is preferred, but a new graduate will be considered.
A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record
Must obtain MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) — training provided on-site
Knowledge of computer software and programs, Word, Excel, Outlook and type 40+ wpm.
Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p

Salary: Will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM
