Description

Job Duties: Calendar management, coordinating meeting schedules, proactive planning, confidentiality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills, technology, people skills, Microsoft/teams, minor accounting duties, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, research skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and working knowledge of office equipment—like computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, and postage machines—are all required.

Clerical: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word Processing)

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma/GED from a state accredited school/source, a current/valid driver's license. You must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record to drive company vehicles. 

Pay Rate: $12.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Location: 302 14th Ave W Jasper, Alabama 35501
