Seeking an experienced professional to support the director. The individual will demonstrate a personal desire to make a difference for the clients and staff of the organization. Building and maintaining solid relationships and providing administrative assistance.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, multi-line phone system, and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Typing 40+wpm
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: 1105 7th Ave Jasper, Alabama 35501
Requirements: A high school diploma from a state accredited school and 1-3+ years of relevant experience. This position will require driving a company vehicle. You must have a current/valid driver's license, be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record to utilize company vehicles.
