is a unique program provided through a partnership
between the Fayette County Department of Human Resources and Northwest
Alabama Mental Health Center. Services are provided to families with
children who are at risk of out of home placement or families who
have children in foster care. Therapeutic services such as individual
therapy, family therapy, family support and education, parenting education,
psychiatric consulation, and other educational activieites are profeded
to the children and families in order to develop and maintain a safe
home environment. Services are provided in the home, school, DHR,
and other locations convenient to thefamily. Referrals to this program
are made through Fayett County Department of Human Resources. |
