Becoming a philanthropist is easier than ever before. This web site is an attempt to let different groups of people know about the Northwest Center and how they might participate and extend its service delivery capacity by making a donation to its Foundation. Individuals, families and corporations - even groups of friends - may choose to make donations to the Foundation and designate the donations to the suggested areas or an area of their own choosing. Each person or group can find a home for their charitable legacies with the Northwest Foundation.

Contributions to the Northwest Alabama Mental Health Foundation, a tax exempt organization under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible, for computing income and estate taxes.

Ways to Give:
The Northwest Foundation is authorized to accept gifts of all kinds of property. You are encouraged to use any legal giving vehicle to realize your philanthropic goals. You may establish and made additions to your funds using both current and valued gifts. Some current gifts: (1) cash, (2) appreciated property (publicly traded stocks, closely held stocks, and real estate).
