The Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center is a public non-profit corporation
that is governed by a board of directors from Fayette, Lamar, Marion,
Walker and Winston Counties. The Center contracts with the Alabama Department
of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, other government units of the
state, county and local governments, and industry to provide a wide range
of services. This web site is designed to provide information to our communities,
and to provide a vehicle for philanthropic financial support in order
that we might provide even more quality services to our communities.
